Questions about US Embassy Interview for EB3 Nurse without much experience

Hello allnurses angels!

I just would like to hear, if anyone of you here is kind enough to share, some stories of friends, relatives, or anyone who went for the interview at the US Embassy under the EB3 category (Employment-Based petition) as an RN/Nurse with very minimal experience BUT with complete requirements to obtain a green card - such as valid employment offer, visascreen, NCLEX, etc.

How did the interview go? Did the consul make an issue of the lack of nursing experience? Things like that.
