Hi. I am a 24 year old associated degree Rn. I currently work on a telemetry/med-surg floor. I am wondering if any one else has recently made a transistion from being on maternity leave to going back full-force on a short-shifted floor. Up until the birth of my new son, I was taking care of 9-11 patients stressed-out giving 10 pm meds at midnight. I am wondering if I am going to go back to work and wish I was being burped up on instead? Any helpful tips would be great.:chair: scared stiff>>>>lol
