Questions for Ospital ng Makati..

as soon as u get hired, u will be considered as "casual".. its different from contractual. since osmak is a govt hosp, its not easy to upgrade once status to regular eventhough u are well enough. its a long process. u may need to meet the minimum 2-3 yrs before u can be a candidate for regularization,, its becoz, sad to say, after 2 yrs, nurses flee abroad for ooportunities. eventhough u r a casual employee, u have to renew ur contract every 6 months. u t receiving a very justifiable salary as compared to any other hospitals in the Philippines knowing ur status is just CASUAL. . slim difference in terms of salary and benefits as to the REGULARS. . but i tell you, what is money if you don't serve with your heart. again, go back to the very most meaning of our profession. . i believe OsMak offers a better long term plan for Filipino nurses opting not mto pursue abroad. if u pursue working outside the country, osmak still can train you to be equipped and skilled. i can say becoz i am with the institution. rather than believing to those sourgrapers who unevenly stepped down their responsibitites and loyalty. hope to see you as colleagues in OsMak . Dream big yet start inch by inch.

saang OSMAK yan? kasi dalawa ung based ng OSMAK dba? im really having OSMAK on my list for application but i dont have requirements. can u please give me the complete requirements? since your working there naman.. =) i really appreciate what u said above. i hope can go there and apply and hopefully be accpted.

@ mallows... 8826316 , number ng Osmak,, connect to HR for the list of requirements. school and prc credentials, voters, brgy clearance, and trainings as the basic requirements. OsMak passed the philhealth accreditation and we are very much grateful. many private and government institutions have failed the accreditation and we are AGAIN PROUD TO SAY THAT BOTH THE ACUTE CARE CENTER AND OSPITAL NG MAKATI PEMBO did pass :)

i already passed fr screening to final interview last march and yet till now i dont receive a call fr osmak. does it mean that i did not make it even though i went to final interview im losing hope, i really want to be part of osmak thats why i worked hard for it.

it's with OsMak HR . however, it has to pass by the city hall "if ever" you have any other transactions with the people in position.
