kinda confident of saying that after 1 month of training it then followed by regularization:uhoh3:....wow fyi regularization depends on your performance evaluated by the training staff and the head nurse.... so guys, congrats and make it sure u have ksa (knowledge, skills and most of all attitude) god bless and goodluck to your work
My fellow nurses,
Tips in applying for a staff nurse position. Make sure that you are a qualified for the position that you are applying for. Remember, competition ....... every year may graduate at twice a year board. Make sure your documents are valid. check if your documents are not expired for example - PRC id, PNA id, CLEARANCES form NBI, Police and if required the barangay clearance.Attend various seminars to make yourself competitive like Basic and Advance Life support, IV Therapy. It's a plus if you have a post graduate seminar/s e.g., Critical Care for Adult, Child etc.resume, so sure will stand at may i-present document. nursing procedure, nursing process, drugs study at most common case. At application , i-prepare .At instructions. Low profile only be and dating but instill self confidence .But above all you should be ready to work not only physically but mentally.
I've been there sis! I spent 10 mos of suffering in that poor place. The reason why they are continuously hiring is that, their staff, sad to say one after another flee from that place! Hahaha. Training was acceptable, but salary was as always, delayed. 2 mos up to 3 mos without sustenance? Not to mention my credentials-T.O.R and diploma (both original) were stuck there for they have required to keep them until you finished that 2 years contract, then only they will release. (How bout in case of fire?Nyahaha) Php6,500-7T is their rate for fresh grads. And im just blessed, im here in Riyadh,KSA now enjoying training with good pay helping our families back home at the same time. God bless your plans!
RE: IZA
Are you still have that ill feelings toward Ospital Ng Makati? You're right, you are being blessed after 10 months of " sacrifices."
RE: REACTION FOR MS. IZA
Although you just shared your experiences to the nurses applying for Ospital Ng Makati , I hope you won't get offended.Don't you think it's pathetic.... you regret working for 10 months feeling down or cheated????In the first place why did you accept or continue working and suffer for 10 months before leaving the said hospital? You have the choice to back out if you think, it's not fair. Isn't it has been discussed by the personnel officer or somebody from the nursing service to discuss regarding employees welfare or benefits? How about contract???Majority of hospitals have agreement with the newly hired- for atleast 2 years? So, what happened to you? Did you breached your contract? How about the training they gave you? One way or another you also had your share of lapses.Anyways, since you are already abroad; earning dollars and able to help your family... it means to say despite you have unpleasant experience/s at Ospital Ng Makati good karma has coming your way.. But give them a credit a for accepting or hiring you. For sure, you are also a fresh graduate that was given a chance to be hired .Be thankful and greatful no matter what.
thanks echo23. i hope osmak will soon txt me for my training... i'll try to follow up my application on Monday.
good day curiousguy, have you had any leads regarding your application? any news about osmak's hiring of nurses this June, 2009? is the new hospital building operational yet? thank you in advance..
