265 questions! I feel sick!

I took the NCLEX RN yesterday morning. I spent like 3.5 hours on the exam and had to complete all 265 questions. I was the last person in the room. How embarassing. The hardest test I've ever taken. I view my results online tomorrow. I cant eat, cant sleep, and feel like I have to vomit every second. 265 questions...I cant get over it. Any hope in passing?

Aw, c'mon....look around! :) You have the same chance as someone who answered a hundred questions less. It just took longer to prove :)

A classmate of mine passed her NCLEX with 260 questions. She cried and vomited for 2 days.....

LOL! I am taking mine tomorrow, and I was just thinking that will be my exact reaction! I can already see it after i finish.... getting in my car and screaming, then crying, then calling everyone i know. I just hope that doesn't start until AFTER i make it outside the test center.

I had 265 Q's on Thursday and I haven't found out my results yet because Alabama BON does not participate in Quick Results with Pearson. Anyway, I feel exactly how you were feeling, if not worse. I really think I bombed it. Your email actually gives me hope. Pray for me. I should find out tomorrow or Tuesday. All I can do is hope and pray now.

I had 265 questions, took about 5 hours, I was the last person to leave the room. I was depressed the last 48 hours and really thought that I bombed the test. Today July 16th at 0900 I found out that I passed!!
