Question

This past week has been horrible so I am now questioning everything I think & do. I am wanting to make sure that I am looking at this the right way. I am working on careplans & I am doing decreased CO but I want to make sure I'm thinking straight about this before I put it in my careplan. My pt had a CK of 5.8. I know this is increased & I am thinking that this increased value can translate to a decrease in CO, since this lab value wold indicate damage to cardiac tissue. Am I seeing this right or am I reaching for something that's not there? If not would someone point me in the right direction. Thanks for your help.
