Question for Phils applicant re: Vermont

Hello again,

I need help please. I will be sending my application to Vermont next week and I just want to make sure that I wont miss anything.

1. There is a question there regarding the Date issued of our PRC license card, is it the one below our date of birth OR is it the registration date?

2. Is it ok if the verification document from my school will arrive ahead of my application form?

Thank you for your help.

Thank you Lawrence.

This question is still specifically for Phils. applicants and for those who graduated from schools that are not PAASU accredited. I wonder if your school submit the CHED Special Order together with the RLE and TOR or there is no need to submit this S.O. ?

I would like to follow up on this question again regarding the CHED Special Order. I have done some search here but cannot find any. Shall I also send the CHED Special Order together with the RLE and Tanscript since my school is not accredited by PAASCU? I remember when we filed for our local board this Special Order was required by the PRC, I would like to know from those who have been approved by Vermont BON if they still asked for this Special order?

Well, first of all it is not you who will send the those docs. It will be your School's Registrar. Your School's registrar knows what to do and what to send. You should really not concern yourself with those.

I doubt if VT BON is even aware of that S.O. or if a certain school is accredited on a local accreditation or not but if it eases you, you may want to consult your School's Registrar about it and let them submit it as well for good measures. In the end, it is up to the Registrar what to send and up to the receiving BON whether they will accept it or not.

Worst case scenario would be that VT will send a letter to either you or your school on any thing they would want clarified and if you are the first batch in your school to have anything sent to a US BON than it may take a little bit longer than usual. If your school already has history of their transcripts being approved then there should be no problem.

Good luck.

yes, it is the registration date :D
