I did a google search for nclex question examples and came up with a website called testprepreview.com. When I went to the site and clicked on the NCLEX button it came up with a list of about 75 questions that it thinks would be similar to NCLEX questions. Can someone look at these and tell me if you think that these are anything like what you encountered on you test? It would be helpful. Thank you very much

NCLEX is not knowledge based and isnt recall like those questions. It is applying what you know in a situation that requires critical thinking...

those are just practice questions with styles same as in nclex but not the actual questions. you'll find a lot in the internet to help you gain strength in answering the test.:)
Yeah, I know you can get your license taken away if you post questions that were on the test and all that jazz; those questions that I was referring to just seemed a little elementary to me to be on the NCLEX. Thanks for all your replies. I'm not in nursing school yet but I have been accepted to a college that has a nursing program so I just wanted to check things out. Thanks again.

I didn't have any questions on my NCLEX that were as basic, simple or easy as those listed on that website. Not even close.

Agree with above posters that those questions aren't NCLEXy at all. More like the type of topic specific question you'd see during NS.
Thank you for that, I thought it seemed a little odd that I knew some of the questions and haven't even been to nursing school yet. Thanks a lot for your comments. If only it were that easy haha.
