Question for NY School Nurses?

I'm hoping some of you can help me. Is anyone a School Nurse in New York State and on the Teacher contract and salary schedule? Currently I have my own contract with no union but I wanted to see how it works for School Nurses in NY who are treated similarly to the Teachers in terms of pay/benefits, etc.

I am a school nurse in NY. I am in the teachers union, have the same time off and benefits but have a different (MUCH LOWER) pay scale.

I am not in the teacher's union. but I am in the same union as the aides/monitors. pay stinks but benefits are really good. (Low cost health, free dental, etc.)

I'm in NY. My own teeny Union with 3 nurses. Same days off, benefits etc. as teachers, very low pay scale.
