Has anyone ever had a hold on their account with Pearson vue after taking the NCLEX? If so how long did it take to resolve the issue

Yes.
A hold is placed on releasing results of the test until an audit/review can be done to be certain there was no breach that would make your test invalid.
Holds typically last 24-72 hours, and can be caused by many things: a palm scan that needed more than one pass to register, a power issue (or outage) at the testing facility, someone found with a cell phone, standing up when you weren't directed to do so, and on and on. ANY incident report being filed (such as refusal to take off a piece of Good Luck jewelry that wouldn't be permitted in the testing center) is enough to flag the exam for review.
If you didn't do anything wrong, the hold will be lifted in due time. Results will be released to your State BoN after the hold is lifted.

It has been 9 days already! There was a discrepancy in two letters on my Driver license! I'm just curious about how long this will take. Thanks

This thread has been moved to the NCLEX Discussion forum with the ultimate goal of amassing more responses and helpful feedback. We wish you the best of luck!
Guess you're the exception, then, not the rule. Have you called your BoN and asked what you can do to move it along? Have you provided all the documentation they required in order to correct the problem?
