36 weeks. 1.8kg or greater, 6hrs old or younger (people gotta jump for that one, we transport all our babies in, no L&D in our hospital). We exclude severe chromosomal defects incompatible w/ life & babies in near death conditions, however we do cool on ecmo if needed and we do total body cooling

I THINK this is ours, too. Not sure about the weight, though.

What is your gestational age cut off? Our original protocol was written for 35 weeks and one attending wants to drop it to 34 weeks. The 2 area hospitals by us use 35 weeks and the manufactuer recommends 35 weeks. Just curious.
