Hey there! Have you looked into a community college or the Clep exams? Before you take a Clep exam check with your school first to make sure they accept them as credits. I took statistics during this past winter session online at a community college, and am taking the clep for developmental psych as well. I am currently an RN enrolled in a BSN program.
Good luck!
I'm currently taking Statistics thru Excelsior online. They did not require any math pre-reqs. The course is called statisics for healthcare professionals, so it's mostly nurses in my class. It was a little expensive, $490/credit hour, but at the brick and motor schools I would have had to take Algebra first, so it ends up less money in the long run. I'm also testing out of Nutrition with them. They also have a test out option for Lifespan Psychology. The test out program, UExcel, is very inexpensive.

Hello everyone,
So I'm planning to take three of the last pre-req's I need to apply for New York based Accelerated 2-year RN programs.
This would be my second Bachelor's degree.
My question is where could I take accredited courses for the following three pre-req's:
1. Statistics
2. Nutrition
3. Lifespan Psychology
I'm trying to look into American Public University for just their Statistics course, but am having trouble finding the last two courses.
Also, is NurseCorps the only option to pay for school expenses when I become accepted for these two year accelerated RN degrees?
Thank you for reading my post!
Sincerely,
Sam
