They emphasize the importance of good communication skills, patient advocacy, and sociability during interviews, rather than just focusing on grades and test scores. They also share information about the program schedule, group chats, and their individual academic backgrounds.
The application for 2025 fall term is starting in March, but I just want to have some discussions with you guys. Feel free to share your stats, like what you got on each pre-clinical course. I'll share mine first
English 1 - A
English 2 - A
Psychology 1 - A
Psychology 2 - A
Algebra - A
AP1 - B
AP2 - A or A- I am taking it right now
I didn't take the NEX exam yet, but feel free to tell us as much as you want about you
Sorry to hear from the folks that didn't get in, especially the working adults with good stats here like Rob and Kevin. I would recommend politely inquiring with the department (they must be swamped with emails/paperwork now) and possibly asking for the contact with the professor who interviewed you. Try asking how you can supplement your future application (I.e., recommendation letter, personal statement, resume, volunteer/medical experience) and, most importantly, your interview performance, and interview tips for the future. There may be students who got accepted for multiple programs, failed microbio, or want to start another semester. I would assume there will be opportunities if a seat becomes available. If not, you do want to show the will to grow and remain a strong applicant for the next cycle. Keep other options open, but never give up when we are so close.

Thank you for the advice, appreciate it. Goodluck on your nursing journey!
Do not choose this school! Their criteria are not objective. I got full A in all preclinical courses, nex 265. My first interview didn't prepare very well, but my second was fine. They rejected me and the reason is "you don't prepare very well and we have a lot of students to apply. It's only four months you can apply again. " I am not satisfied with this answer. As I know, my friend has lower GPA and she even didn't reach the score requirements in nex test and she even didn't finish Microbiology, but she got offer! scores are not the most important factor in this school. it is all about how lucky you are, which professor you will meet in the interview. Some profess just check whether you can communicate with others, others may ask some clinical questions. These would not happen in other CCs. It's so unfair ! I waste my time here, have to gap half a year to apply other school.

I thought the interview was only to see how well you communicate
