Queens University Summer 2017 Start

Just started my application to Queens University in NC. Waiting to hear whether I got accepted to the university before I can submit my ABSN application. Applications are not due until February, but wanted to go ahead and get a head start. Anyone else applying to start in May?

The ABSN deadline for May 2018 is February 1st

I submitted my general application on Nov 16, and today I checked and saw that SU/FA 2018 Upper Division Nursing Application is open as well.

So according to the nursing app we are unable to submit it until we are accepted to Queens. Have you submitted your upper division app?

Not yet! I literally just saw that it became available on the web under my admissions. Probably goint to submit it this weekend. And yes, you have to be accepted to Queens first, they have to have all your transcripts on file, then they will clear you to apply for nursing.

So did you get a notification email that you were accepted? Or some type of update in the application portal? Because I just have the link to the Summer Nursing application. Does having that link access indicate that one is accepted to the university? They already have all my transcripts and essay.

No notifications. Just saw that application became available and it wasn't there before. Just contact your counselor or admission office, they should help.

I contacted my admissions counselor but they were not very helpful. I'll see what I can figure out.

According to their academic calendar, their summer session starts May 14th, 2018!
