You ARE supposed to do it. Alot of people don't. If they ask you to complete the QA program most people do it then and scramble stuff together last minute so doing it when you are supposed to does make it less stressful because then you just hand in your paperwork.

Trish how do you do your evaluation part? Do you give your coworker your sheet and she fills in the evals or do you fill it in? And does your coworkers name be on it?

I used to do it but like everyone asked became lazy with it.

I used to have them fill in the paperwork or right an evaluation. The QA program has changed since i did it last.

I don't see a requirement for your peer to sign, or even for you to identify your peer. Your peer provides input on your str/weaknesses. Your can enter their input on a worksheet but you never have to provide the worksheet, even if audited. Then you use the worksheet as the basis of your learning plan, which is subject to audit. The learning plan can be entered on line. Not sure if you are required to enter online for first time this yr.

I'm not much of an IT woman but i prefer writing or typing it down just cause it's more personal and no one could hack into my cno acct (i'm sire its protected) but still, just a preference.
