265 q's on NCLEX RN

I took my NCLEX RN exam today and went all the way to the end, 265 questions, 5 hours and 40 minutes. My brain is about to explode. I have no idea what to think, how to interpret this. I'm trying so hard to remember questions I had but I just can not. I am losing my mind!!!

Well Just to keep you guys updated..I passed!! I did the pearson vue trick, according to it…I had passed but I was still skeptical until I paid for the QR and well I did indeed pass :)

We (and I) appreciate the update! Just remember that the PVT becomes very accurate after about 24 hours.
