PVT Help pls!

so I took the NCLEX-RN exam after 30mins i tried PVT and says "The Candidate has a test result that is on hold. A registration cannot be made at this time" .. What does this mean? I checked after it says " delivery successful"

    And btw..the lady had to redo my palm scanning 2x/3x and i heard her say she need to do incident report ? because she said it wont match when i last took my exam (this prolly after PN exam?) then after i finished my exam she had me placed my right palm on the scanner.. I took the exam earlier , im supposed to sit for 2pm and i think i went in at 1:30ish and finished abt 3pm... I had 16 SATA, 1 exhibit, 1 ordered response , no math and quite alot of priority(who u see first, nurse response, most important etc.) my last item is who you see first but not sure if my answer is correct :( im getting anxious

    Thank you so much! im really so anxious..the palm scan is the only thing i can think since i took 75 questions about 1hr 30mins which is about right..?

    In california.. I dont know how i feel abt the exam and im not sure abt my answer at 75 honestly i feel terrified because im still on hold till this time ..i just checked a moment ago..

    Hold doesn't indicate pass or fail. CA does not participate in quick results. Unfortunately it's at least a month wait for results lately.
