Hi,
I am looking to see if anyone else is applying to PV for the fall? The deadline is coming up!
Hello everyone! I got my acceptance letter as well! Congrats to everyone who got in and good luck to those still waiting! I wanted to know has anyone here given their packet in person? And for the criminal background check, did you need that document to come back and turn in with the packet? I am about to just mail my packet with next day shipping tomorrow without the background check.
Congratulations everyone..I also got acceptance for the program...
@Pinoydude69 As I understand, for the background check you need to turn in the blue card provided by Board of Nursing after the background check by August 24th. You don't need to send anything (by May 5th) now.
Did you get any information for the process of background check in the acceptance packet? I didnt see any information about that in the packet. I do not have ssn. So, it might probably take more time than usual in my case. Let me know if you have any information regarding the background check.
I just called and spoke with someone today regarding the BON background check. I was told instructions will go out to us later on how to complete this. It is NOT DUE on May 2, 2015. Titers you can have done at Rediclinic ($30 each) or perhaps your primary physician...? I got them done at my job for $25 each so Rediclinic seems like the next cheapest out of pocket. If you don't have results yet for your titers, get an itemized receipt and turn that in and submit results as soon as you get them.
I just called the admissions office this morning and asked about the fast pass. I was also told that they aren't ready yet and we'll get an email on instructions how to do this. I'm debating whether or not to just send in my BON application now because it can take up to 8 weeks I believe. Anyone else on here have any success with this?
