Well hello there Fairness. Was there something in particular you wanted to talk about?
just wanted to say yes, i love working with men who are nurses because they tend to shy away from all the back biting, whining, and complaining.
they don't yell, stomp off because they are pi$$ed and will not hesitate to take an admission even if they already have 6 patients.
they come to work to get the job done and leave. i also like yall because you really don't care when your co-workers baby shower is or what your co-worker did on vacation. (that's how i'am)!!!!
to keep nurses satisfied with their jobs and to schedule excellence on your nursing units 5 rights must be top priority-the right people on the right shift with the right credentials with the right compententcies for the right compensation!!
Opps, I forget to tell you city hawk that my speciality is MED/SURG too!!

I really like the quote, "right compensation." No one will ever be fully satisfied with this, but I can't complain about what they pay to us new grads. i know I have been treated really well and hope the other guys out there are receiving the same great treatment.
