Anyone out there have info on the school in Arecibo, PR? It is a 24 month program that begins in August.

So how do I get into the accelerated ADN?

Only la inter has an accelerated bsn program but they allow to take your nclex after pediatrics in the summer. And you have to have a degree So I've read on here. Umet has no accelarated program.

WorldTravelingYOgi or Designer Mommy...in regards to locations near Inter...where is the best location to live at???? I hope to attend Puerto Rico for the English Trimester program but am clueless about the housing. I do not want to live in a "ghetto" part of town and find out the hard way that it is a bad area to live in. Any suggestions? What parts of town should I stay away from? Where should I look?

Also, I am aware it starts in August but when in August? Beginning? Middle? or End of August???

Hey Yogi, so I found this anesthesiologist assistant program at south university in georgia, it looks way easier to do this than to become a nurse first, then critical care, then nurse anestheseology school, so im wondering about shortcuts, like this nurse practitioner degree in pr, do they require an rn first? do u know anything?? like i know all the people that couldnt get in to med school stateside typically go to med school in the caribbean, anything along these lines for say nurse practitioner or msn? gracias!

I plan on attending Inter in August 2011. I would love to start a study group early as you posted not too long ago. Also, I have no idea about the cities. Did you find a city to live in that isnt considered "ghetto"?

Hi! I looked at your location and noticed that you are from Hacienda Heights? I am from Chino! Not too far! hehe! Do you think all classes will be full???? I do not plan on visiting until maybe June....hopefully not later than July! I am unsure! I hope when I get there, I will still be able to get into classes that I need. Also, did you apply on FAFSA for school money? I tried applying the other day but I was confused at the part that asked what school did I want to send the information. I tried looking for Inter. but could not find it. Therefore, how would I get money if the school isnt even on FAFSA?

Did anyone else come across this problem??? How do I fix it :(

yeah we are next door neighbours,glad:coollook:,i am not so sure about the fafsa,maybe someone should enlighten us on that,coz i am hoping to fully depend on loans,otherwise i think the school will have some space for us,i have been following the thread and i have read of people who got in pretty late,so i guess we have a chance,,,,,,,i will let you know how it goes next week when i get there,
