Updated:   Published

Hi! I wanted to create this thread for those who will be applying to Providence TIPS for their April/May 2023 cohort. Does anyone know the exact dates as to when the application will open and close?

Hey, congrats on the interview! How did it go? They said they will inform me in a week.

It went well! The panel I interviewed with said that I will hear back from them within 2 weeks. How did your interview go? What were your top 3 units?

Awesome! I picked Tele, Operating Room, and Acute Rehab. I recently got invited for a meet and greet in person.

Thank you! I hope they offer you good news as well! My portal hasn't changed yet, it's still says "under consideration.”

Based on last cohorts posts, I believe it's around $36 without night differential

Is it true that they will increase the pay rate after one year?

Hi there,

To my understanding, I think the pay is increased after completing the residency program.  I am unsure if we get paid time and a half after 8 hours during a 12 hour shift the first year or so. I haven't been able to confirm about OT. Would anyone know this?

From what I've heard yes! I think I saw it's a $10 increase.

It is 12 hours straight pay.
