Hello everyone!
I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.
?
I just had my interview with Little company of Mary today. they were very nice but that case study kinda threw me off but I think I did well on my behavioral questions..still hoping for the best!
they didn't say how many applicants they were going to accept but they asked if I had a preference of days or nights. I said I didn't but I thought all the openings were for nights anyway based on the information they emailed prior to the interview...
anyway good luck to everyone applying at LCM!

on the interview letter it states " if selected to move to the next stage of interviews, you will receive an email inviting you to attend a nurse leader meet and greet Friday June 23, 2023 on campus"
Interviewed for Little Company yesterday, and just received the email for the Friday meet and greet! So excited! Heard from my previous instructor who used to work there that the event is mainly so the unit managers get to know you more/get a sense of who you are, and so you can ask questions about the units specifically, not really a formal interview.
Good luck to everyone who has interviews today and tomorrow!!
