Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

they called me a day after my interview asking if a unit that wasn't in my top 3 was okay

I emailed Tarzana recruiter last week and she said they haven't heard anything from the hiring manager but that was after you initially said you got your email.. 

I haven't been able to connect with the Burbank recruiter ?

I wouldn't give up just yet 

no one's received any calls LOL. only a few people got a message from the recruiter asking them to pick a hospital so they can get their offer letter and that's when they found out they had an offer from st joes 

give it until July 12!

The manager for my first choice had called me the week of my interview and asked me if I was okay with doing med-surg instead of oncology since its on the same floor. She also told me that the Step down unit was interested but I just said I'll stick with med surg LOL. My top 3 was oncology, ED, and step down.

I'm glad you got somewhat what you wanted! ? Are you waiting for any other offers?

haha OMG ortho sounds fun tbh! I think I will accept since st.johns is my first choice:) wby?

Hi! Has anyone heard or know anyone who has heard from holy cross ED?

Has anyone been able to get ahold of their recruiter? I tried emailing last week and calling today and still no reply! I got an email last Thursday saying I had multiple offers and to pick which hospital, but then today received an email from one of the hospitals saying to confirm my identity but it's not with the hospital I want to accept the offer from? Do I validate my identity or wait for that email from the specific hospital I am interested in accepting the offer from?

hi ! does anyone know if we input the SSN and DOB on the initial offer email will that automatically disqualify me from the other ministries? Got an offer for torrance and a call from holy cross that they want to meet with me  later this week but my torrance offer says to please respond within 24 hours....

I feel like they're pressuring us to choose a hospital but aren't giving us the whole picture!!
