Updated:   Published

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to start a thread so we can all keep each other updated regarding the application and interview process for the Providence TIP Residency program!

Hi! It was okay I think hahah. I was super nervous but the interviewers were nice about it (there was 3 of them). It went generally fast. They asked like maybe 7 questions. All behavioral like they asked about how your customer service is, times you had a conflict and how you handled it, why st joseph and all that. I'd tell you more but honestly can't remember lol I also brought enough portfolios for all of them but they only took 1. They said I'll hear back in 2 weeks

@poniiko Oh man!! Good luck! I hope they call you! 3 is better than 6 haha. But did you get any clinical questions at all??

I'm so nervous for mine next week and hope I learn to recuperate and breathe before answering the questions. I also know that Providence is becoming more of a 'green company' and aims to reduce overall waste (which I adore) so I maybe that's the reason they only took 1?

@SanDiego.RN Hey! So crazy they're sending applicants off to round 2 of interviews! yet another chance to prove yourself ? so happy for you! how was your experience interviewing?? im trying to prep myself since I can get quite nervous!

For St. Joseph Orange, does anyone know when we should expect to hear back after the second round of interviews? ?

Anyone hear back from burbank yet after the interviews on Monday?

Have an interview tomorrow at the Santa Monica location! Does anyone have any tips or how to prepare what will be asked? thank you!!

Califnurse1119 sorry for the late reply. My friend said they were the only candidate in their time slot and the interview was a panel of very nice people enthusiastic about St. John's. They said questions included a few general topics - why St Johns, why Providence, a few behavioral (how you handled a conflict, etc.), and some safety-focused questions (patient safety/med administration). From what others have said, it's probably a good idea to have some patient stories in mind too.

Good luck tomorrow!!!! Take a deep breath, be yourself, and keep us posted. ?

No, I haven't heard anything back from them. I think after this Monday, the 18th they should start letting us know since that's the 2 week mark they gave us

Hi! I interviewed at Holy Cross on Wednesday, November 13th, and they said to expect an answer by the end of this week or early next week ? I keep checking my portal too hoping for an update! A new entry populated on the "completed submissions" page under "my dashboard" for a specific unit in addition to the main "RN Resident . . . " job posting and they both just say "Interview Completed; Under Consideration"

Has anyone heard from St. Joseph Orange yet?

Hey Everyone! ?

has anyone heard from little company of Mary yet!? I interviewed last week. But I haven’t heard about a 2nd interview or anything...
