Providence St. Joseph TIP Fellowship Program 2022

Published

Hello!

I noticed that there isn't a forum for the 2022 St. Joseph Fellowship/Experienced Nurses program so I figured I would start it now. I received an invitation to interview on October 13. Does anyone have advice? Also, I noticed that my application did not ask for letter of recommendations, but I saw that it was a requirement for previous years. Is that the same case as anyone else or did I just miss it? ?

Good luck to everyone interviewing! What departments did you choose out of curiosity?

My choice was mother/baby! How about you?

I chose L&D, Mother-Baby and I think tele/med-surg or ED, I cant quite remember my third choice right now LOL but was wondering if the case study questions are unit dependent or more general

I’ll be applying to the TIP program in Spring. Did you guys have any experience? I have my senior externship but that’s really all. Besides clinicals.

I didn't have any experience in nursing aside from clinicals and I was a CNA for about a year and a half

I have experience and so I applied for the TIP Fellowship. However, they have the TIP Resident for new grads with no or less than a year of experience! There is another forum with Resident and Fellow applicants for this cycle if you are interested ( I did not see it until after I made this thread ?).

Good luck to everyone applying and congrats to those that got chosen! I got chosen for L&D at St Joseph for the Jan 2022 program.  Did anyone else get chosen for that unit?

Hi all~ I am about to apply for the next cohort as an experienced nurse, and would love to get some insight on the interview process and actual program! TIA

Specializes in OR.

Experienced as well looking for fall 2022. Does anyone know when the application process opens for fall and when they actually start in the fall? Thanks, want to make sure I don’t miss the window.

I just found this site, I'm a new grad (just took NCLEX today!) starting at Laguna Beach Mission Hospital in May with the TIP program, night shift ED.
