Providence St. Joseph TIP Fellowship Program 2022

Hello!

I noticed that there isn't a forum for the 2022 St. Joseph Fellowship/Experienced Nurses program so I figured I would start it now. I received an invitation to interview on October 13. Does anyone have advice? Also, I noticed that my application did not ask for letter of recommendations, but I saw that it was a requirement for previous years. Is that the same case as anyone else or did I just miss it? ?

Just wondering if you ended up doing this program in CA? Can I ask what your base was if so? I got an offer from SICU in Mission Viejo and have been a nurse for 7 years so not sure how much of a pay cut I'm looking at. Haven't gotten an official from HR yet.

Same here. I know I'll take a pay cut but not sure how much and if it's enough to pay rent in the crazy high COL area of Mission Viejo! Can I ask how much they started your base at? I've been an RN for 7 years and got a verbal offer in SICU.
