No all mine say under consideration still, I never got an email for an interview invite...

I did my applications between 10:30 and 11 am yesterday...

If you look back someone else wrote they got an interview with SJO and when they booked there were two spots left.

It would say incomplete somewhere. If it's under consideration I don't think it's incomplete.

Yea, I worked for Mission from 2021-2023 when I left to Vegas for nursing school...its pretty automated how it works apparently. I am assuming Mission has a lot of internals because they usually do...my old manager wasnt even sure how the interview slots work but she just told me she knows they fill fast.

They ate teaching hospitals so you will learn alot and they support and take care of their workers

It's unfortunate that it appears if your application/resume isn't ATS friendly it would likely get rejected. 😞 Their email stated a recruiter reviews the application but it doesn't appear that way. Someone can be qualified and get denied for nothing. Hate this for us LOL

LOL they said ain't got time to read 300 applicants, let's use computer to help us

Oh I put my resume into AI and asked it to make it AI friendly. This has happened to me!!

No, but my application is still "under consideration" so im thinking thats better than "not retained"
