Applications for external candidates open 12/18/24!

I completed my applications (Burbank, Mission) before 10 am and never got a text screening link for Mission. But both applications still say "under consideration" so I don't think those statuses mean much as of right now 😢

 For one of the other locations, I actually withdrew my application because the pay/distance isn't worth it, and the status switched to "not retained" so I'm wondering if "not retained" just means the hospital never got the application. Maybe you should contact the recruiter and ask if this is an error because it's only been a day, I don't think they would reject your application like that.

I scheduled my interview for St Mary's in Apple Valley and my unit preference is Surgery or OB. In the interview confirmation it says who my interviewers are so I looked them up on LinkedIn and they are all telemetry managers! Does anyone know if it would be possible to get an offer for a unit if they are not the ones who interview us? Or would I only be considered for tele units because they are the ones interviewing me?

One of my interviewers is a nurse manager for med surg, one is just an RN, and the other wasn't on linked in. So it could be we get into that unit!

It was only open for a few hours actually, it closed same day they only took 300 applicants, luckily I did get one in there.

Has anyone heard from Burbank or holy cross ? Previous cohort heard back right away or at least 2 days after app closed.

I also have an interview with apple valley and the interviewers are telemetry managers as well. I totally forgot whether we were asked what unit we wanted in the text survey? I know they have multiple units participating so I hope we get asked what unit we want

I spoke to a recruiter and she told me 

"all interviews for Holy Cross have been filled. Once we receive any cancelations/withdrawals, we'll move candidates to interview stage in order of submission."

I am guessing the same goes for Burbank as well. I wonder if they just filled up with internals.
