  1. I received an email from LAMC last week to RSVP for an interview at the sunset blvd location. The interviews take place Wednesday, January 15 | Thursday, January 16 | Monday, January 17, 2025.
  2. Interviews aren't until February 4-13th so we probably won't hear anything until the week or two prior.
  3. Oh sorry! ATS stands for applicant tracking system. It's basically an automated system that filters the applicants so the company doesn't have to do it manually. It recommends the top candidates to the company. So basically it does the leg work in weeding out those that aren't qualified for a position. But it's not the best because if your resume is formatted in a way that the ATS can't read then it could disqualify you. ? An ATS friendly resume is one that's formatted to be easily scanned and understood by ATS. Thank you! Wishing you the best on your journey! What's meant to be will always find each of us. Rejection = Redirection ??
  4. LOL! I did a cover letter for each hospital I applied to and have not received an interview invite so I don't think that would disqualify you. I truly believe its choosing applicants at random and probably based on their resume being ATS friendly because I saw some people on here say they got an interview invite but they submitted their application later than I submitted mine. So doesnt sound like it's completely "first come first serve". More like those who the ATS system deem as qualified for the position will get pulled on a first come first serve basis. So don't best yourself up about anything. ? apply to smaller hospitals. I got an interview for a smaller hospital a day after submitting my application. The hiring manager texted me and emailed me. No automated systems LOL The bigger hospitals are kind of a lottery system at this point.
  5. It's unfortunate that it appears if your application/resume isn't ATS friendly it would likely get rejected. ? Their email stated a recruiter reviews the application but it doesn't appear that way. Someone can be qualified and get denied for nothing. Hate this for us LOL
  6. No, if I recall correctly, think it explicitly stated NOT to include clinical rotations in that section. You should just list any job (regardless if its health related or not) that you were paid to do.
  7. Thank you so much for sharing this! I was so nervous about not receiving an interview invite and felt defeated. Glad to know there's a possibility more slots will open at a later date. Good luck everyone! ❤️
  8. I didn't get a text to my phone. I received an email from Modern Hire to complete a "self-paced text only" questionnaire. Is that what you two are referring to?
  9. Really hoping they send out more interview invites. Would be a bummer if they're only interviewing a certain number of people yet the applications are still open. I've seen another hospital that only accepted first 300 applicants, but the application shuts off when it hits the 300 I believe. So, I am hoping that's the same for Providence if they're conducting interviews based on first come, first serve.
  10. Are we able to go back in and attach more thing after we submitted?
  11. Okay thank you! ? So I'm guessing everyone that applied will be able to do the career snapshot on the 18th. I'll be on the lookout for the email.
  12. I submitted my app on the 13th and received an email afterward stating Kaiser received my profile submission. I just want to check if anyone else received the same or more? The Career Snapshot emails won't come in until the 18th right? I want to make sure I didn't correctly ?? I'm stressed LOL
  13. The 768hrs is only for the UNAC Kaiser locations, and 968hrs is required for the LAMC location. Not sure if all Kaiser SoCal locations for residency are UNAC but if not, and you apply to locations that are not UNAC or LAMC then you should be okay ? Either way, doesn't hurt to still apply ?? https://unacuhcp.org/affiliates/
