Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Hi! I got a call from them last Wednesday with an informal offer for the ortho med surg dept. The manager said I would receive an email with the formal offer within 1-3 weeks but nothing yet 🥲

Hi guys! I applied for the New Grad Program with The Queen of the Valley in Napa. My application status still says under consideration. The thing is I am a fresh grad who just obtained my license. Do you guys know how do they pick people to join the program. I haven't heard anything from them yet. Thanks for any answers!

They've already chosen people I believe. I didn't get an interview with them and my app still says under consideration.

Just got the email from providence careers to submit my DOB and SSN in order to get the formal offer and start the onboarding process!

The nurse educator from St Jude just emailed me back saying they'll start communicating with candidates this week. Hopefully they'll send offers/rejections starting tomorrow 🥲
