Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

she said they'd start sending out official offers tmrw but also said talent acquisition can be slow so it can take another 1-2 weeks 😅

Has anyone received an informal/verbal offer from St. Joseph's in Orange for the ER or ICU? 🙂

Anyone get an email with their formal offer yet? 

I cancelled an interview yesterday with another hospital because I told them I got an offer, and now I feel like I should've gone through with the interview just in case )-:

No email yet. I also have an interview with another hospital on Monday and IDK if I should cancel or go 🥲 I want to reach out to the unit manager but also don't want to bother them. She told me it would take 1-3 weeks to receive a formal offer via email last Wednesday.

Go to the interview just in case! The hospital that I cancelled the interview with is the sister hospital for the one I work at now. I feel so bad because my managers were recommending me to them, but I also didn't wanna waste their time

If we don't get the formal offer by Friday, we should definitely send the unit manager a text )-: We still have to do a background check, and I know that takes about another 1-2 weeks to process. Then our physical, paperwork, etc.

For St. Joseph, I remember the lady telling us that we can call or email her to ask about our status but that she wouldn't tell us anything until HR/TA sends us an official offer 🥲
