Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

How did they say the verbal offer? They said nothing to me I'm so stressed 😭 def messed up on the case study I think and explained too little

At the end of the interviews they mentioned they wanted to hire me. Most probably because I did my preceptorship in their tele unit.  But don't worry too much or stress! There's still a good chance you'll get a call. The hiring process can take some time, especially because new grads have to accept or decline their offers first. Also someone mentioned a delay in their system, so that may slow things down a bit.

Nope. I'm also waiting for an official offer. The manager told me to call her back if I don't receive any official offer by this week so she could follow up. I will probably call on Wednesday just to check.

I interviewed this past Friday at Mission hospital and the unit manager called me today. She is going to give me a tour of the unit. I'm exited but also don't want to get too excited until I get an official offer 😭

Don't worry guys ! The offers will come soon, I was part of the February cohort same thing happened back then the official offers took a few days to come. Specially Tarzana, I had an offer from mission hills and Burbank and those came before Tarzana. I'm sure they're working on it
