Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

Thanks! I didn't think it would be this hard to get into a residency program.

Yes ! I know ! It's very disappointing- it's harder than Getting into nursing school . I'm still holding out hope because I know it hasn't even been a full week .. so I'm hoping we are still getting calls- it's just mind boggling to me that I work there and im in this position .

To be honest, its a little discouraging. I remember the nurse leader at my interview telling me it was her best interview all day. How I was calm and reassuring. She said I did very well. I still haven't heard back from anyone which makes me think I most likely did not get anything over at Tarzana. It's been really hard to get anything.

This happened to me as well with UCLA. I work there and I didn't get a call back. I started venturing out and not holding out for them since they don't take into consideration you working there. It is fair game all around and I know how you feel, because I was so bummed.

I graduated in December and I got my license in March. So since March, I've been trying to get something.

I'm in the same boat for it In December and got it in March license .. nothing yet landing a new grad residency

So your situation is literally similar to mine. I hope you are able to get something soon. It has been really hard and definitely struggling through finding something.
