Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

They would not reach out on the weekends , only on business days

Super silent for the day, that I know of. I was hoping they would have started calling by now since its 12.

I am internal and I'm just trying to see if my application status has changed , they are all in the same status .. super frustrating

for those who went to the meet and greet at torrance does anyone remember how many slots there were for the hiring units?

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade- but I belong to a fb chat and someone said when they asked the "hiring manager" at providence when they would know if they got the job that they told her they would notify her by Friday - the one that just passed 🥲 I don't know what location or anything else .. but when I saw that ... I got so mad . I just have to laugh because I'll cry.

It is frustrating. I did see that all my applications are under consideration even for the sites I did not interview at which was odd.

No, I get it. Thanks for the info. I was reading up on past cohorts and I do remember some of them getting called back about 1 week later as well. I think it just depends on the situation. Im over it at this point LOL.

Me too .. I think im just going to take that dialysis position .. I can't be waiting around anymore 😞

I received today an email reiterating that I am to receive an email from HR soon with the official offer letter.

I will mention that my application status still says under consideration, and that the email I received mentioned it's possible the official letters may take up to 3 weeks due to high volume. I don't want to give anyone false hope but it seems like these offers are going out very sporadically depending on specific department managers.

So did they call you from providence stating they were offering you a position?
