Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

They did call me on Thursday evening but I don't necessarily think that not receiving a call yet means you won't receive an offer... Realistically some candidates ranked higher than others in the interview and it makes sense the managers would reach out to those first. I didn't get my offer to interview until way after everyone else and I was certain I wouldn't even get the chance. It doesn't seem like we've seen much confirmation that Tarzana has been sending out all their offers so far, I haven't heard anyone receive an offer for ED yet.

I know someone who got offered ED tarzana not long after the interview maybe a couple days. I think if you havent heard yet, more likely you didn't get it. it could be there is still a chance, but if it was me, id call it and then be surprised and happy if I got a call when I wasnt expecting it, personally.

So I am assuming they got a call back either Thursday or Friday last week. I agree, not something I am waiting for anymore even though it hasn't been that long. I rather be surprised at this point not wait in agony.

I will say that for Tarzana they had like 6 different interview rooms going at the same time. So, I am wondering how they ultimately do their selection of 120 applicants and such with all them being interviewed from different leaders.

I haven't heard of anyone getting a call from san pedro or torrance so if you have please let me know! I'd like to think it might take a week and there's still hope

I will mention that my application status still says under consideration, and that the email I received mentioned it's possible the official letters may take up to 3 weeks due to high volume. I don't want to give anyone false hope but it seems like these offers are going out very sporadically depending on specific department managers.
