Providence New Grad 2024 Cohort

I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Hey! So for example ED would send out their offers throughout the week?

I don't think so but they didn't tell us that. They will probably also do a second round of offers for spots that open from people declining.

Congrats! Still waiting for result from Fullerton. When was your interview? Was that one of your choices for the units?

Thank you! I interviewed with them on 1/10. & yes It was my 2nd choice

To those who have gotten rejected, I feel your pain. I applied and didn't even get an interview call back, but I never stopped looking. The more interviews you do, the better you will get and hopefully land a job. I always say, it's their loss (the hospitals). Praying for you all.

Thank you! I have not heard back from them yet.  I did email them and they replied right away and said offers would still be trickling out for the next 2 weeks.

For those who have been notified that they were not selected, did you receive an email or does your application status update on the portal?

I just haven't received any offers so I'm just assuming. My application does still say under consideration but mind you I applied to 3 locations.. I feel I would of got an offer by now. LOL 

my friend did receive an email saying thanks for apply, and fill out some survey to see how they can improve in the future. (Basically a rejection)
