Did anybody apply to the position for BSN new grads for the Providence hospitals job fair for the epic implementation technician?

For everyone who wrote they got a job offer on the spot has anyone called you back yet to finish the process of getting hired?

Yes I did, one of them anyway, and only briefly. She said theyd call on monday with an official offer. I had to clarify because I couldn't believe what I heard. I asked "will it be an offer or a denial or a second interview?", and she said "offer" and that I got the job.

Oh ok phew that makes me feel a lil better.. I've been worried this entire time that what if they retake wat they said? Can they? I'm freaking out lol .. Well lets hope n pray n fingers cross we get a call tmw!

Hi Otterpopp, I did not have an interview call, it was more casual then other phone screenings that I have received. This was what unit I want to be on and she was obviously looking at my application while asking about my BSN and all. She asked me then about the unit and the person who handles my Unit was not in... I was told she would call in an hour and received the call setting up my interview. I will be praying and hoping you receive a call. Did you apply to all 4 locations?

piajoyagra and RNtin- Wishing us all the best. I keep thinking about nursing school and how hard it was... NCLEX, we have come so far let us just do this!!!!! I hope they call you soon RNtin (love your screen name, lol)... I don't know what to say in comfort, I just know how difficult it is to not hear and have to wait. What unit are you guys trying to get on?

Yeah I applied to 4 locations but no call yet regarding an interview:( I think I did not pass the screening process that is why they did not call me? Still crossing my fingers

HI Lici RN,

Yes, I did apply to all four, plus the 5th Epic position. Each still say 'under consideration,' but after my phone call last Tuesday the date changed for HC - which gives me hope that I did pass the phone portion and am continuing to be in the running for a bedside position. Thank you for your well wishes and prayers, I am anxiously waiting by the phone and keep checking my online status.
