Did anybody apply to the position for BSN new grads for the Providence hospitals job fair for the epic implementation technician?
For the Epic position, has anyone received an update after replying to the recruiter's email? I just want to make sure they actually received my email because I did not get any confirmation or reply.
I have not received anything yet either. I am patiently waiting to get more information...

I got an email an hr ago regarding the updates for epic implementing technician. The email is saying they're almost done finalizing the people who will be on First wave and second wave. They have said on the email also regarding our salary, I guess there have been misundersating regarding the rate.

I thought the hourly rate was $35.00/hr ??? It was clearly written on the job ad. A little disappointed.
our dress code will be business casual and it will be 8hr shift. I womder if it would be full time though? Like M-F?
I got the email too!
I remember at the job fair, one of the ladies mentioned the pay rate to all of us and that was pretty much your cue if you wanted to leave because the wait was so long.. But yeah a little disappointing.
And when I was interviewed, I was told we will be full time first, then a short period of time where it will be part time 24-32 hours, then when they "go live" we will be full time and may be working 12 hours if needed (and we will be paid overtime).
On Sept 23 I rec'd an email (including a plea for candidates to opt for Jan, as they have more than needed for Nov) it included an update on attire and this line: "We will not take much more time to establish the November starts. Please bear with us for another week or so. All November starts will be starting on-boarding (drug and background checks) in Mid-October. " Since 'another week or so' is stretching into 3 weeks AND we are essentially IN mid-October, I am getting a touch anxious. Anyone else feeling the same?
