Hello, just starting a forum for Providence RN Residency Program - August 2025 Cohort, I currently work at a Providence hospital and got the email saying that internal applications opened 5/30 and external opens 6/6. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you

Ugh I hope this doesnt mean we have to be on high alert constantly checking our emails every 5 minutes for the next week.... Such an irritating process. I thought last time was annoying but this is even worse lmao

The two of you who just got interviews-- would you mind sharing if you have prior work experience, if you're already licensed, etc? Congrats so much! So happy for you guys 🙂

What makes you think they select you?  Like are you internal or external, your health care experience. So we know our likelihood to get select

Thank you!! I'm an external applicant. I did my clinicals there for two classes. Just graduated a month ago. I don't have direct health care experience such as CNA/ LVN but was a hospital  unit secretary

hi! I got a Torrance interview, and I was an external applicant.  however, I have done clinical at Torrance ICU and at SJMC on an ortho floor. I graduated a month ago and have a year and a half of experience as a CNA at another hospital
