  1. Does anyone know how many position is available for each Clinical nurse 1 application? I read on Fb that sometimes " Hr/manager reviewed" status could go on for weeks/months and nothing happened.
  2. I got Tele/ ICU/ Stepdown under reviewed. praying for all of us ?
  3. Yay! Congratulations! would you mind sharing your status? Exp, BSN, clinical rotation, what makes you feel that you stand you, Just so we have an idea
  4. I know 2 of my friends got call offer for ED mid shift
  5. I didn't see any email link, I applied for whittier and downey
  6. Yes! My cohort, we all pay out of pocket for ACLS , also, PAL( if you want ED) , NRP( L&D), NIHSS ( free)
  7. I also did the interview. Not technically a scenario question but something like: " Tell me about something during clinical that you discovered, like an error/or issue and how did you handle it?" " What quality of a nurse that you think would make him/her a great nurse, and Why?" "What makes you changed from your previous career to nursing?" First question: "Tell me about yourself and what Unit you want to work for, and why that unit?" " Do you want to work day or night?" " Any Question for us?" And " Anymore other question?" They will interview August 5,6 12, 13. About 50people and select 10. If you get accepted , they will call , if not they will email.
  8. Thank you for letting us know! We new grads really need more love and encouragement from each other!
  9. Everyone, don't get discouraged! A lot of hospital is canceling their new grads program from different reasons, they could have too many experienced nurses applying and don't have the need for new grad, or can't find preceptor, don't have a nurse educator.. etc. You just have to go to each hospital websites and look for the ongoing new grad application every day. Keyword: " Clinical nurse 1, Staff nurse 1, New grad RN..." Go to the hospital that nobody wants to work at. You will find something if you treat it like a fulltime job!
  10. Did you do all the quiz bank for all of them? I only bought Simple nursing and focus on that! How many question did you do before you take the NCLEX?
  11. Ohh no. Thanks for letting us know. I'll just focus on NCLEX now. There are hospitals that have on going application for new grads, so keep your job notification on. Anyone has tips of how to pass NCLEX?
  12. Thanks! But I am not going to keep my hope high. Last cohort, there were people with that status and got rejection letter at the end of July. Also, I think the reason I got into the under consideration was my personal statement and cover letter, I did put a lot of work and thinking on them LOL.
  13. Nothing from ICU. I am wondering if they just gonna keep that status for a while , then eventually give me rejection letter.
  14. I applied to ICU and tele on June 8th. My ICU has been under consideration since the 24th. My tele was in review for a long time and finally rejected last night. I am not licensed yet.
  15. I got " no longer under consideration " for tele.
