  1. Good luck!! ? I can't say I'll see you around LOL but wishing you the best luck so you can get in! ? I'll try again next round
  2. It should say on the email you got! I went to the main entrance of the hospital and went to the front desk and ask for the persons name that was listed on the email. They asked me to sign and wait u til the came to get me. Double check your email where they confirmed/reminded you about your interview
  3. I don't recalled that well but maybe 5 behavioral questions? It wasn't really a case study to be honest. They just gave me a scenario and asked what I would do first. But this was for the ED interview panel! I had 4 of them on my panel during my interview.
  4. I did during the Summer round. I didn't get in though since they only had 2 spots in ED and 2 in med-surg. But I was asked only one scenario based question. I took a folder with all my resume, licenses/certificates, cover letter, letter of recommendations. I had it just in case but they didn't ask for it since they had my resume in front of them, along with the grading rubric they used. It's based on a scoring system so they all based it on how you answered the interview questions.
  5. It really is! It's seems so hard getting into a new grad program. And most other nursing jobs require a year of experience but how do you even gain experience if nobody wants a new nurse LOL
  6. That's of RN experience; which then I had an on-call position. I let it go to avoid going over the 12 months. I had an interview last round but that time they only had 4 spots available which was very competitive
  7. I've heard some people already got interviews. Mine still says under consideration. Last time I applied I heard back after 2 weeks after applying:/ still hoping we get a chance; It's getting super discouraging for me, I finish my ADN in 2023 and BSN in 2024 and no luck at all
  8. Asking the same thing! but from my experience last time, Napa did take a while to send them out Are you currently an employee there?
  9. From my experience last time, it took a while to receive invitations in Northern Cali at least. Not how how it'll be this time around— I did come pote the 2 follow up questionnaires they sent out good luck everyone!
  10. I think I hit all the areas I only had once scenario based question and even told them how I work with an affiliation that has similar values as Providence but I knew this one would be super competitive they did inform me they only had 4 spots available 2 in each unit ? I guess I'll have to keep trying
  11. Would this already relate to the structured behavioral based interview?
  12. I heard back from QVMC and got a rejection email for anyone wondering about QVCM ED. My application changed to not retained but email said they would keep my candidate profile in the database. I knew this one would be a hard one as they had 4 spots only. Any tips for future interviews would be highly appreciated ? anyone know about other new grad programs aside Kaiser cause they are super competitive I've tried several times already
  13. Tell me about it! I only did QVMC since I live in town but I haven't gotten any updates I even emailed the recruiter but no response- I guess trying to get into a new grad program is competitive ?
  14. Did you interview with them if you don't mind me asking?
  15. Was This for ED or Med-Surg for queen of the valley? My med surg changed to not retained but I only interview for ED and that one still says under consideration
