What are people doing for interview preparation? I don't know how much to do. I'm so nervous.

I think it's fair to be upset. I took a new job after one year of working (very comparable positions in CVICUs), and my base pay at my new job increased by $3. I'm also not good with confrontation/negotiation so no advice there. But good luck ?

Hi! Congratulations!! I test next week and I am also using Kaplan. I'm SO nervous. You did feel well prepared and like it was similar? I'll have done all the Qbank, sample tests, and question trainers but I am just sick with worry.

I also was given the opportunity to interview for another track, but I have a different job offer for an ICU, so I'm going that direction. Best luck to you all!
