   I thought you have to wait for your DL for you to be able to apply for visa? isn't the osce invitation a requirement for application? Because you said you got your cos before you got your dl.

   Anybody here for Northern Ireland? Received my DL last Feb 8 and i'm currently waiting for my Cos. Just wondering if the visa processing duration is the same with areas in England.

   Unfortunately I processed my prc in the province here in Cagayan de oro and they didn't give me options on which courier I prefer to send the docs. And yes my tor was sent together with the form to accompany transcript of records. Thank you.

   submitted my barcoded forms (reference forms, transcript and declaration of good health) in one document today. But my registration verification was mailed by prc via phil post office. I'm worried that it will take a while for my prc forms to arrive ...
