This also happened to me. I called them everyday since different person answers nmc call each day. Make them ask you your tracking number and dates when they received your documents. Once they asked you this, they will try to locate it in their mail room. Good luck! :)

Others did what you said. While others put it all together in one envelope. Be sure to staple the forms per category. It doesn't matter how you put it inside the courier's envelope, make sure the nmc adress is correct. Including the post code. :)

Yes. You can put all the bar coded forms in one envelope and send it to NMC.

I joined the queue nov. 11, got a response dec 6, then sent another health declaration form dec 9, they received it dec 12, I got my DL the same date. :)

i resumitted it by dec 8. Because I need to upload another birth certificate and wait for my health declaration form to be tagged as "document received"

That happened to me also. You should call them. I called them everyday. Until they asked me to send the tracking number for them to find the envelope in the package room. After few hours, it appeared on my online account.

i chose 2go, 3-day delivery only. :)

there are no rules for that. When i sent my documents, i just stapled it together. No brown envelopes, no labels and i encounter no problem regarding those. :)

Hi. You should send the original letter and what do you mean by other supporting documents?

They dont give feedbacks when the received your document. It will only show in your portal "this document has been received" and you won't join the queue unless all your barcoded documents was received. It took NMC for about two weeks for them to scan it and reflect in your portal saying "this document has been received"
