   Yes they send the same form to my college but the problem is that we have a very bad postal service and my school never received that form. I don't know what to do.

   They received my documents on September 13th but the status of my report have changed after 2 weeks. I know that it can take up to 15 business days to verify all the documents and to update the status of your report.
