   After 7 months and finally the license number showed up on breeze. Temporary license still pending, waste of $50 there.

   It is so dumb. I am in Hawaii and for Oregon I just had to do the live scan here. It is crazy that you can't go to the live scan in your own state.

   I am on my 27th week now waiting. Submitted everything 1st week of June. Beginning of September get mail that fingerprints won't work. Resubmitted fingerprints mid-September and have heard nothing since. In the meantime I was able to get endorsements...
