I finished my BSN degree at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Campus and the clinical rotations were mandatory. You will need to take the clinical rotations to graduate, at least in this university.

I know the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus is accredited and you won't have any problem sitting for the nclex. You can find housing (walking-distance) in "urbanizacion metropolitana". Many students rent studios and apartments there. You also have a supermarket very near and bus stops.
