   Really? Not micromanaged? Then you are not an employee. You must be a sup. Way way too micromanaged..Like a GPS tracker. All the screens are monitored. They know instantly what you are doing. Going to the bathroom for 2 minutes requires permission.

   Run. Company is way too micromanaged. Powers that be are all over you daily. Mandatory overtime required when they say. Company is All about the money. Nurses easily replaceable every 3 months.. Turnover way too high. I recently left there . Save yo...
