It really doesn't matter where you're going to send your documents because all AHPRA postal address or PO box are all connected with each other. But since you already address it to WA just send it to Perth.

Hi Lichen, Just read the requirements in AHPRA website and follow it. It is never too late to follow your dreams. If it requires that you have a recency of practice for 450 hours that is about 3 months, then do it. Good luck!
