   No credit check & no award over here... Has anybody asked why some of us haven't received a credit check instead of who does receive credit checks? I was wanting to today but I'm not sure if I'll have time.

   Just to be clear, is CREDCO a third party who does hard inquiries on behalf of HRSA? My Credit Karma isn't showing any hard inquiries. It only shows the dates my credit was checked.
